DESCRIPTION: The wand made a sign of the music coming down from Olimp. In the Imperial Lodge, somebody has arrived near the elegance of the Frac. He had a distinct course in the crystal cup where he felt in his will and cast his golden green eyes around him. The orchestra stopped. He let the harsh and tender aromas of the Moldavian vineyard sprout on the strings of violins. And music has been different since then.

TASTING NOTES: Ancient Romanian variety, Feteasca Albă spoke in the Agora with the most illustrious figures of national history and culture. He has gathered so many stories that he can hardly wait to share with you. In the democratic spirit of the Athenian Agora, he does not have claims to supremacy, although he has all the attributes to claim it. In its colloquial version, it is a white, dry wine that meets you with a tonic, fresh, elegant nose. The tasty notes reminisce of baking melon, redcurrants, freshly crushed white grapes and mown grass. It is perfectly supported by high acidity and tonicity in the end. Sergiu Nedelea – sommelier

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: cool, good accompaniment to fish or chicken, fine cheeses, white sauce pastes, or a refreshing appetizer.

DESCRIPTION: In the vineyards of the Moldavian Plateau, Grasa was known since Harlau was a flourishing market. It is said that the cup of tea himself served the prince Stephen the Great, in silver cups the golden liquor. St. Basil, the Red Square Cathedral, graphically rendered in the label, defines art in its various forms. Nowadays, vinification in the dry season, proposes to the taster a wine with a rare aromatic complexity, respecting the tradition and the typicality of the variety.

TASTING NOTES: Conciliar and good negotiator, Grasa de Cotnari, golden and lovingly oriental, proposes to rebuild the road made to Moscow by Stephen the Great’s daughter in search of sunlight. Grasa de Cotnari vinified in dry was perceived as a true revelation among passionates. Young wine, has a pale straw color, with slight greenish inflections. The complex flavor is dominated by honey, well-baked gooseberry and melon, with discrete notes of Muscat, ginger and musk. The full, rounded taste is remarkable by its soft, fruity softness, supported by good acidity. Sergiu Nedelea – sommelier

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: It is a good companion for fish, chicken, seafood, selected cheeses, white sauerkraut or can be a refreshing appetizer.

DESCRIPTION: In the past, the liquid gold produced from Tămâioasa Românească was used as a currency for exchange. In Rome the wine was carefully turned into golden cups and served to the emperors. Complex flavors, unique taste and wine-making, define the oenologist’s craftsmanship, making it an exclusive product for the well-meaning connoisseur. It is a kind that harmoniously complements the magic of the eternal city.

TASTING NOTES: More than 2,000 years ago, Tamaioasa Romaneasca, the eager liqueur of the ancient gods Elade, departed at the Euxin Pont in the ships of the Greek merchants which he had embarked on under the name of Muscat de Samos. In the new homeland, at Cotnari, she received a new identity of flavors and tastes: notes of honey, pear and peppermint, velvety palate, highlighted by good acidity. With the Tamaioasa Romaneasca, the other great exile, Ovidiu, the poet of the Sages and Pontic, must have spoken, when, in his poem, Fasti called South of Italy, after which he longed to be Magna Graecia – Greater Greece. Ovidius was not given to see Rome again, but there he proposes to continue the Colloquial Romance Talk of Cotnari. Sergiu Nedelea – sommelier

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: a good companion for fish dishes, chicken, seafood, cheeses chosen, pasta with white sauce or can be a refreshing aperitif.

TASTING NOTES: Spinning and unique, Busuioaca portrays the first cousin of Muscat de Frontignan and makes furriers, diving in the glass like the dancers of the famous Parisian cabaret. The robes of the wine, clear and bright, show a splendid pink color with the iris of the bark. Flavors pour into an exotic cascade of lychee, pink grapefruit, complemented by red basil and flowering flowers. The intense fruity taste is highlighted by good acidity and well-balanced glycol. Sergiu Nedelea – sommelier

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: recommended to be eaten with light meats and slightly spicy and slightly seasoned fish (Pandoro filled with Chantilly cream). It can also be considered a table wine.
