TASTING NOTES: This wine barricaded for 3 months develops in the glass a complex, captivating aroma of dried apricots, of beeswax, with light notes that remind you of the sensation of raisins The full taste is dominated by the core of walnut and the sweetness of raisins, with a slight delicate note of sweet almonds.

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: It is a good accompaniment to fish, chicken, seafood dishes, selected cheeses, pasta with white sauce or can be a refreshing aperitif.

TASTING NOTES: An emblematic variety, Bosuioaca de Bohotin, born on the highest peak of Cotnari, in the Cârjoaia farm, conquers you from the first meeting with its bright, antique pink color, with shades of roses. The seduction is continued by the luscious aromas of strawberries and forest berries and is perfected by the intensely fruity taste, with medium acidity. 

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: It goes very well with white meat dishes, salads and soft cheeses.

TASTING NOTES: Barricaded for 16 months, our Fetească Neagră offers notes of slightly smoked prunes, black cherries, ripe sour cherries, blackberries, blueberries and black currants. The aromas in the nose do not end and evolve towards tobacco leaf, chocolate and spices like green pepper, cinnamon and allspice. At the end, the bitter cherry returns, leaving a feeling of fruitiness on the palate.

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: We recommend it to be served with red meat dishes, cheeses or barbecue.

TASTING NOTES: We enjoy a dry white wine with a straw-yellow color, which presents a bouquet with notes of ripe grapes, tones of dried basil and honeycomb. The taste reveals aromas of acacia honey, pear, pineapple, melon and subtle grapefruit accents.
