Acquisition of products can be done through two options: on-line ordering or telephone ordering.
– ON-LINE ORDER: is the most recommended purchase method because you can control the cost of shipping, payment method, delivery time in real time.

Only people over the age of 18 will be able to order.
All products displayed prices in RON with VAT. Depending on the delivery method you agree with, shipping and shipping costs will be added at the product price.
You have the following payment options:
* Payment Refund – is paid to the person delivering the order at the moment of receipt.
* Payment by payment order – is paid to the bank by payment order and the order will be sent after confirmation of payment.
We provide you with several ways to deliver your products by prepayment (payment order), with the following calculation:
For parcels weighing less than 100 kg, the shipping cost is calculated as follows: 10 RON for parcels weighing up to 1 kg, followed by 0,90 RON for each extra kilogram. (the amounts do not include VAT but include transport insurance, cardboard packaging that protects the package)
For customers wishing to pay a refund, the following calculation applies to the arrival of the package at destination:

The average weight of a standard 0.75-liter bottle without additional packaging is approximately 1.3-1.5 kg.
For localities that are not in the courier company’s distribution network (see httpss: //www.fancourier.ro), an additional cost of 0.8 lei + VAT / km is calculated on the distance between the destination city and the most near town in the distribution town.
The delivery time is 2 working days from the moment of order confirmation taking into account the following factors: confirmation of stock availability of the products and quantities requested by you; confirmation of the payment method; confirm the delivery method. If we do not have the product in stock or we want to personalize the wine bottles or the box, the delivery term will be agreed with you.
Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the package and the existence of the tax invoice – this document is found in the envelope on the package. The products are delivered in sealed packaging.
