TASTING NOTES: Old Romanian variety, traditional in the Cotnari vineyard, Feteasca Alba was the source of the princely wines, fine and full of elegance. In his grain, the fruits of the summer orchards are closed, which he then releases into the glass. It is the variety that, with its freshness, gives a good morning with an intense, floral nose, accompanied by fruitful notes (apples, pears and exotic fruits – mango, papaya). The taste bears the same fruity fingerprint, followed by an average taste, supported by fresh appetizers, with citrus finishes in the end. Sergiu Nedelea – sommelier

CULINARY RECOMMENDATIONS: cool, good accompaniment to fish or chicken, fine cheeses, white sauce pastes, or a refreshing appetizer.
